Professional Summary

Dr. Tom Francis joined the UCCS Psychology Department in Fall of 2020. After receiving a B.S. in Psychology from Wright State, he later studied film production before receiving his Psy.D. in Organizational Leadership from University of the Rockies. He is also a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation [ICF].

Industrial/Organizational psychology, developmental and life-span psychology, leadership and film related courses.
