Tess is a second-year master’s student in the Clinical Psychology program at UCCS. Her research interests involve the intergenerational impact of trauma and adversity on physiological regulation in children. Her thesis focuses on understanding the impacts of maternal adversity and parent-child relationships on children’s ability to physiologically respond to stressors. She is also interested in understanding the nuanced manifestations of intergenerational trauma within diverse populations.
