Diversity Initiatives

Dr. Feliciano has spent her career working with underserved populations including low income, diverse, mid-life and older adult populations, and addresses age-related EDI relationships. Her research has targeted several important clinical problems associated with aging including medical issues that have a behavioral component (e.g., dehydration, diabetes), depression, sleep disturbances, and cognitive impairment. This research involves an exploration of how psychological, behavioral, sociocultural, and environmental factors may contribute to the development and management of physical and mental health conditions associated with aging.
